The Skyline abseil takes about 1 hour from arrival until completion – that’s ground to ground via a gigantic city view and a knee-wobbling 100 ft abseil!

You will start by registering with our check-in staff and will then have an important safety briefing. You will be able to see the crane go up and down and talk to the crew if you are feeling a bit nervous. Then it’s time to gear up and await your turn to step into the cage of the mighty Skyline crane.

Once safely inside the cage, you are hoisted 100 ft above the City skyline. From there, look around you and admire the view. It’s not often you get to see the city from this angle. Pose for the camera then it’s time to leave for the ground – by the direct route! The abseil itself will last about 2 minutes and you will be able to lower yourself to the ground, at all times under the supervision of our staff and on a safety rope. Once back on Terra Firma check out the shots of you grinning (or frowning) at the top and go home satisfied that this is one trip “downtown” that you will remember for a while!
